Exchange

  • Normally, a refund will not be accepted once the order has been submitted and the payment has completed;
  • If there is a problem with the product, please contact us within 5 working days via the below contact methods specifying the order number, registered name and mobile phone number. Please allow 10 business days for the process and verification after receipt.

  • Original sales receipt or relevant electronic receipt must be produced to us for the request of a product exchange.

Refund

  • If the customer transfers the amount incorrectly, the excess amount can only be transferred as store credit for next purchase. If the customer insists on a refund, a $80 administrative fee will be charged each time. It is recommended that customers ensure the amount to be transferred beforehand;
  • All refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. we will refund the amount paid to your relevant payment account which you applied to settle the payment; please allow up 4 to 6 weeks for refund (dependent on the bank of the original method of payment);
  • Shipping fees or gift wrap is non-refundable
